It is recommended (but not required) that you have some line dance experience. The first 6-10 weeks will be learning new easier dances and reviewing basic line dance steps and terminology.
Steps covered will include the grape vine, weave, pivot turn, shuffle step, crossing shuffle, jazz box, lock step, K-step, rumba box, chase turn, charleston, scissors step, sailor step, toe strut, heal strut, waltz step, rocking chair, coaster step, kick ball change and the vaudeville step among a few others.
After about 6-10 weeks new "improver" dances will continue to be introduced. The complexity of the dances will be determined by the progress and wishes of the participants of the class.
